The News design is taken from a love for graph paper and stationery. This design is taken from a hand drawn grid on pulpy newsprint paper. The Jacquard loom allows the flecks in the paper to come through in the weave.

These fabrics are Jacquard woven in Lancashire from Italian spun recycled cotton in the weft. Pre-dyed fabric scraps which have been rejected from the clothing industry are re-spun into new cones - reusing garments and cutting out the dying process.

This fabric is double faced and can be used with either the light or dark side.
